Duties and Taxes

Please note orders shipped to countries outside of Australia may incur duties and taxes which are applied by customs. The responsibility for any local duty, tax and/or other import costs on orders placed outside of Australia rest with the customer. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

It is a legal requirement for Tyoub to declare the total dollar value of orders to customs officials for all international shipments.

International Orders:

A customer's shipping address is used to determine what market they belong to. If a customer chooses to ship to a country or region that differs from the one that they selected on the storefront, then their prices will change to match their shipping destination at checkout if they changed to or from a customized market.
